When our children ask about these stones, I pray that we are still able to tell them about those that gave the last full measure of devotion. It is to the fallen that we have a solemn obligation to never forget the sacrifice that they made to ensure that we were able to pass on the shining light of freedom to the next generation.
May our hearts, minds and mouths never grow weary of sharing what it means to be free and American and may we continue to give glory and honor to the One who continues to make it possible.
